1. Eligibility Window & Conditions

• Timeframe: We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this 7-day period unfortunately cannot be accommodated.

• Product Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt/proof of purchase.

• Sale Items: Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

2. Return Shipping Process

• Shipping Responsibility: Customers are required to send the merchandise back via a traceable delivery method (such as a reliable courier service or registered post) to our designated return address at their own expense.

• Non-Refundable Shipping: Original delivery charges are strictly non-refundable.

3. Inspection & Refund Procedure

• Inspection: Once your returned package is received at our facility, our quality assurance team will inspect the item.

• Notification: We will notify you via email regarding the receipt of your item and the subsequent approval or rejection of your refund.

• Processing Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed promptly. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of business days.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please mention your preference when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
