1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery Partners: We collaborate with trusted and reliable courier services to ensure your packages reach you securely across Pakistan.

  • Standard Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed and delivered within 2 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your delivery location.

  • Holidays & Weekends: Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

  • Unforeseen Delays: While we make every effort to deliver on time, external factors such as severe weather, natural disasters, or high-volume festive seasons may cause minor, unexpected delays.

2. Shipping Charges & Special Conditions

  • Free Nationwide Shipping: We offer free standard delivery across Pakistan on all orders above Rs. 2,000/-.

  • Special Product Shipping Fee: A flat delivery charge of Rs. 150/- applies to orders containing Printed Cotton Double Bed Sheets or Fleece Bed Sheets, regardless of the total order value. The free shipping threshold does not apply to these specific items.

  • Advance Payment Policy (Outside Punjab): For orders shipped to locations outside the province of Punjab, we require a 5% advance payment of the total order amount. The remaining balance will be collected via Cash on Delivery (COD) upon receipt of the order.

  • Transparent Checkout: All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your final payment.

3. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Details: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and instructions.

  • Support Assistance: If you face any issues tracking your shipment, you can easily reach out to our customer support team for prompt assistance.

However, please note that the actual color you perceive may vary slightly. This is due to individual screen settings, monitor resolutions, and lighting conditions during photography. Consequently, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect the exact physical shade of the product upon delivery.
